Volunteer Application - 2020

We would love to have your help! Please fill out this form and we will get in touch with you shortly. Please review the Volunteer Info Sheet for information on Volunteer Crews. Once you have submitted your Volunteer Application, pay your $50 refundable deposit by going to our ticket page, selecting the “Volunteer Deposit” ticket and purchasing. The Volunteer Deposit ticket is located at the very bottom of the page. You will receive an email within 2 weeks of paying your deposit confirming your volunteer acceptance. Questions?   • You must pay your refundable volunteer deposit of $50 before you will be accepted as a volunteer. You can purchase your deposit through the Tickets page. This deposit ensures you will show up to the festival and work your assigned shifts. If you do, the deposit will be refunded to you.
  • We will try to make sure your volunteer shifts allow you to have off for this one band.

  • We need Setup/ Breakdown Volunteers, as well as volunteers in each festival team on pre and post festival days. Let us know your availability here if you are interested.
  • Please indicate your first choice of t-shirt size.
